Location d’un appartement entièrement meublé avec la clim de préférence à un(e)étudiant(e) pour la location minimum de 10 mois. Pour la haute saison juillet et août, il y aura extra charges de 200€/mois.

L’appartement climatisé est situé à 2 min à pied du tramway du Port de Nice L2 et à 10 min de la gare Riquier et du tram L1.
Il est au 1er étage avec ascenseur. Il comprend,
- une pièce principale avec un lit simple et bureau,
- Une cuisine équipée + machine à laver,
- une grande salle de douche.

Le loyer mensuel c.c. est de 580 euros et internet inclus.la provision d’électricité est à 30€/mois en sus.

- Notre contrat ouvre droit aux APL.

The studio with aircon will be available for at least 3 months rent. The rent for high season in July and August, there will be extra charges of 200€/month.
Pleasant flat in the residence of standing nicely located between Port de Nice/Harbour of Nice and Pl. Garibaldi. Tram L 2 is at 5 minutes walking distance and Tram L1 at 19 minutes walking distance and also at SNCF Riquier station.
Room is on the quiet courtyard. You can easily get to the most of sight spots on foot. Tram station is at 5 min walk distance and many supermarkets and restaurants are near by. At Harbour of Nice, there are many bus stops to get to Monaco, Villefranche, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Monton. Next to the residence is a nice bakery and supermarket.
