Bonjour,

Je propose une chambre meublée au 3 étage dans un appartement avec balcon.

Il y a une salle de bain avec une machine à laver, cuisine avec vaisselle et équipée, un local individuel pour les vélos, un balcon.

Le loyer comprend les charges, l'eau, l’électricité, et la fibre.

Le logement est à 2 min de l’arrêt de tram, à 1 arrêt de tram du CHU et 2 de la Faculté.

Un gros chien, 2 chats.

Je préfère une collocation mixte pour pleins de raisons. Je pourrais vous donner le contact des anciennes colocataires pour un retour d'expérience au besoin.

I am offering a furnished room on the 3rd floor, within an apartment with a balcony.

The apartment includes a bathroom with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, an individual storage space for bikes, and a balcony.

The rent includes utilities, water, electricity, and fiber internet.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from the tram stop, one tram stop away from the university hospital (CHU), and two stops from the Faculty.

There is a large dog and two cats in the apartment.

I prefer a mixed-gender flatshare for various reasons. If needed, I can provide the contact details of former flatmates for feedback on their experience.
