This is a 4 room flatshare in Mont Saint Aignan, the full address is 6 parc de la Durdent, 76130 Mont Saint Aignan, about 5 minutes walk to Neoma Business school.

Currently in the apartment are 3 students in veterinary school, they are all 18 years old. One room is free.

Around the appartement are :

- "Place Colbert" 1 minute walk (shops, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, boulangerie, grocery store...)
- Universities (Neoma, IUT,UFR, Staps, UniLaSalle, ESC...)
- Super U (supermarket) within 10 minutes walk
- TEOR (bus rapid transit system) and other regular buses lines about 2 minutes walk. Rouen city center is accessible in 15 minutes.

The appartement is on the 1st floor of a 4 storey building, without elevator.
