Modern apartment with terrace, 5 minutes from Audencia

Located 5 minutes walk from Audencia and 10 minutes from downtown Nantes by tram (station 100m) you will enjoy a perfect setting.

The apartment has been completely renovated and designed to make your student life the best possible : between fun & serious. It can receive 4 roommates.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (there is an elevator). It consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 single rooms & 1 double room), separate toilet, a bathroom, a loggia & a southern terrace full (sunny terrace). The apartment is quiet. You will not be disturbed by the noise.

In the living room you will find :

In the kitchen you will find :

There are many shops and restaurants in the area. This is a very student neighborhood.
