We are looking for a woman to respect the gender mix.

I propose you, in a completely renovated house, a room to rent ALL INCLUDED !

All you have to do is put your bags down.

The house includes:
- 6 bedrooms,
- 3 bathrooms,
- 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room;
- 3 outdoor patios and 2 terraces.

Each room includes:
- a double bed (bedding provided)
- an office
- a closet
- An "ANDROID TV" flat screen television (applications/free channels etc.)
- the little something extra: a private outdoor space
Access to the room and the private outdoor area is secured by a door with a key lock.

For the rest of the house, you will have at your disposal:
- a living room with video projector and home cinema
- a fully equipped kitchen
- 3 brand new bathrooms
- a laundry area with washing machines and dryers
- a garage

The main room is equipped with air conditioning.

Internet by fiber optic and NAS server are at your disposal (to share movies and music with the other roommates).

The house is located 300 meters from the BASSO-COMBO metro station (Line A) and 50 meters from the DESNOS bus stop (6 bus lines: 11, 49, 50, 58, 58, 87, 117).
For your car: free investments are available nearby.

Local shops: Géant Casino 500 metres away, pharmacy a stone's throw away, McDonald's....

Non-smoking house.



A welcome booklet will be given to you at the entrance. It will allow you to familiarize yourself with the services available and the amenities nearby.
