The apartment T5 of 92 m² is located on rue de Picardie. Public transport: Metro Kennedy and Villejean, as well as many bus stops are nearby. Rennes School of Business is located 8 minutes by bike. The apartment is close to shops, such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco office, post office, distributors etc.The access to the building is secured by an intercom.
