Room 3 is available on June 1st and the 2 others are occupied by two female students from GEM. Spacious and bright apartment to be shared between 3 flatmates. The apartment has been recently renovated. It is located on the 2nd floor with lift, in a quiet, secure and well-maintained condominium. A bike storage room is available on the first floor, as well as a cellar.

Apartment description
The apartment comprises an entrance hall opening onto a large, welcoming living room opening onto a large south-facing balcony with its table & 3 chairs, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen with loggia. It includes three welcoming bedrooms (all bedrooms have a window), a modern bathroom and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. Double-glazing and an individual gas-fired boiler guarantee optimum comfort.

Location: Perfectly located in Grenoble in the Caserne de Bonne district, you will be at the foot of tram C - “Foch Ferrié stop” (serving the campus), 1 stop from Tram E, 5 minutes walk from the Championnet district and 15 minutes from the train station.
You’ll find the Intermarché supermarket opposite the building and Auchan 5 minutes’ walk as well as bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants and bars.
